I’m not a religious person, but I do like the aesthetics of some angelic and holy creatures and related mythology. I had just finished creating some traditional figure drawings, and the next assignment was to create a figure in 3D using wire.
I used a lot of wire. And I do mean A LOT.
The piece took about a month. I used so much wire, I ran out and had to scour local hardware stores for additional wire that matched the color of the wire I used.
The piece is still at school because I haven’t quite figured out how to transport it home.
